Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible within 14 days and we will be more than happy to replace it with no added cost.
In the event that you change your mind about your order and wish to return your goods for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned undamaged and return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

We use Shopify payments or Paypal as well-known trusted providers to process payments.

In order to accept Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards, ecommerce hosting providers must be PCI compliant. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to have all goods despatched within 2-7 days, but at times of high demand, for instance in the Christmas shopping period, this may take longer due to ourselves and suppliers restocking. Please contact us if a delivery is urgent for options on express parcels. Most goods will be sent Royal Mail standard signed for delivery.
Customs and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import taxes that may apply on international orders. We regret we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs.
